Due to the nature of our research products, we maintain a limited refund policy to protect product quality and integrity.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the package and product.

After review, we may offer a replacement or refund for qualifying orders.

Returns

For safety, quality-control, and product-integrity reasons, opened or used research products cannot be returned.

Unopened products may be eligible for a return if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
